Managing your staff’s mental health is crucial to a successful workplace – whether it’s work-related stress or personal issues at home, the mental health needs of your team are important to establishing a positive workplace culture. It’s important to be able to understand how to identify these problems and know how you can help.

This Mental Health Awareness Train the Trainer course teaches learners about mental health disorders, how to treat them, and how to respectfully support staff with mental health disorders.

Learners will also be taught how to confidently and successfully and confidently teach an in-house Mental Health Awareness training course to others learning a range of proven teaching methods, different learning styles, presentation skills and the dos and don’ts of being a trainer.

Upon successful completion of the Mental Health Train the Trainer course, your company will be rewarded with a certified Mental Health Awareness trainer on-site to be able to teach this subject anytime you need.
