About this course
On completion of this Safeguarding of Children in Education Level 3 training course you will understand child development, be able to identify the types of abuse and trauma children can experience, understand what good enough parenting is, the toxic trio, and risk factors, understand the legal framework, understand child protection systems and assessment processes available and understand about safeguarding from failures, including a look at several serious case reviews and how to promote good practice.
This Safeguarding of Children in Education Level 3 training course is for staff who may have overall responsibility for Safeguarding within their organisation. For example, the Safeguarding Lead. Learners undertaking this course will have a higher level of knowledge and responsibility in responding to Safeguarding incidents, allegations and concerns.
